Thank you for purchasing the JaySmitt Labs Subdivision Toolkit. Because this software is delivered as a digital download that can be copied immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.

· Refund Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied. If you experience a genuine installation or compatibility issue that our support team cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Refunds may be approved when:

The software cannot be installed or activated on a supported version of AutoCAD.
A technical issue prevents normal operation and cannot be resolved by our support team.
The purchase was made accidentally and the software has not been downloaded or used.

Refunds will not be granted for:

Changing your mind after purchase.
Purchasing the software without verifying that you meet the system requirements.
Incompatibility with unsupported AutoCAD versions or third-party software.
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
Situations where the software has been successfully installed and used.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

· Trial Version

We encourage customers to evaluate the toolkit before purchasing. A free trial version is available that allows you to explore the interface and selected functionality before purchasing a full license. The trial is provided so you can determine whether the toolkit meets your needs and is compatible with your AutoCAD environment.

The full version is available for a one-time payment of $79 USD and includes a perpetual license for the purchased version of the software.

If you experience any issues, please contact JaySmitt Labs before requesting a refund. We are committed to helping you get the toolkit working correctly whenever possible. Most installation or configuration issues can be resolved quickly with our assistance.
