JaySmitt Labs
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mosaic Collage Camera app for mobile devices (iOS and Android), together with any related services operated by JaySmitt Labs (collectively, the "Application"). JaySmitt Labs is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider". By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained the Application. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
The Application offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Premium") as well as one-time in-app purchases. The subscription title, length, and price are shown in the Application before purchase and at the point of sale.
The Application may offer non-subscription in-app purchases, including a one-time purchase that unlocks premium features and an option to remove advertisements. These purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are handled by those platforms in accordance with their policies. The Service Provider does not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the app stores.
You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it. You are solely responsible for the photos and content you create with the Application and for ensuring you have the rights to any images you use.
The Application, including its design, code, graphics, templates, and other content provided by the Service Provider, is owned by the Service Provider and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Collages and content you create from your own photos remain yours.
The Application may display advertising provided by third parties, including Google AdMob. Your interaction with advertisements is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. Premium subscribers and users who purchase the ad-removal option will not see advertisements.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you breach these Terms. You may terminate by ceasing all use of the Application and uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Service Provider is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
